Organization's 'Service Wins' philosophy recognized by customers
ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 6, 2008 - For the second consecutive year, EMBARQ(R) Wholesale has earned three national "Best-in-Class" awards, according to ATLANTIC-ACM, a leading telecommunications research consultancy and benchmarking firm.
Presenting the awards at the CompTel PLUS Convention & Expo in Orlando, ATLANTIC-ACM today recognized EMBARQ® Wholesale for excellence based on customer feedback in three key areas: Customer Service, Sales Representatives and for the second consecutive year, Provisioning.
